Role : HR Administrator (Hybrid)
Location: Magherafelt
Hours: Full Time, Permanent, 8.45am – 5pm Monday – Thursday & Friday 8.45am – 3pm
Pay: £26,000 - £28,000
We’ve got a newly created role for an HR Administrator to join a construction business with sites across the UK specialising in public sector works. They’ve grown considerably over their 45+ years to a direct workforce of over 200 staff.

The Role
You’ll be supporting the HR Manager across the full spectrum of HR. You’ll get involved in everything from recruitment & selection, onboarding, absence management, developing company policies and procedures and promoting a positive & collaborative culture.
The Requirements
* 1 years experience in HR generalist/recruitment.
* HR degree or CIPD Level 3 or 5.
* Full, current UK driving licence.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
