Overview
Based near Aylesbury you will be joining an expanding manufacturing business with the ambition to grow their engineering operations team. They are seeking an experienced and passionate quality manager to join their team.
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Work pattern: Monday-Friday Days, Hybrid 2 days a week

Responsibilities
* Lead and continually improve the quality management systems and processes to ensure manufacturing tasks meet customer requirements, regulations and safety protocols.
* Develop, implement and maintain ISO 9001 and other quality processes.
* Plan, conduct and manage internal and external audits and assessments.
* Manage and mentor the quality team.
* Create, maintain and develop quality KPIs, reports and performance reviews.
* Ensure key standards are reviewed, measured and kept to consistently.
This is a summed-up list, and other responsibilities and duties will be required.
Skills & Experience
* Ideally 5+ years' experience in a senior quality role within a manufacturing environment.
* Bachelor's degree or completed apprenticeship in a relevant engineering/manufacturing subject.
* Understanding of the principles of ISO and other quality management standards.
* Ability to oversee and manage multiple avenues of colleagues.
* Able to plan their own diary and work to strict timelines.
