My client, a specialist UK-based Engineering and Environmental Consultancy, is searching for a Graduate Sales Executive to promote and sell products to Contractors across the region. A valid driving licence is essential for this role.
Applicants should have a strong academic background, including strong A Levels and a BSc in Environmental Science, Construction, or Hydrogeology, along with experience working in a sales role, hitting and exceeding sales targets.
It is important to have a keen interest in hydrogeology, quarrying, and low carbon products. An outgoing personality is necessary to liaise and sell products to new and existing clients across the area.
As a Sales Consultant, you will need exceptional organisational skills and a strong desire for success, managing your own diary and aiming to meet sales targets.
Candidates should reside near Southampton and possess a driving licence to visit sites.
Experience working in the Construction Industry, ideally on site, is beneficial.
You will join a supportive team based in Southampton and receive specialist training from an experienced team. The role involves traveling across South West England, attending site visits, and selling products to Contractors and Clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Source sales leads with new and existing clients.
2. Attend site meetings and liaise with Contractors to explain and sell company products.
3. Provide detailed quotations aligned with client requirements.
4. Secure new and repeat business orders.
5. Negotiate pricing and delivery to meet client needs.
6. Update clients on order statuses.
7. Assess and analyze market trends and sales performance.
