Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop seasonal menus with input from residents, families, and the Home Manager, ensuring meals are suitable for diverse backgrounds, cultures, and dietary needs.
* Deliver excellent meal times and dining experiences, focusing on presentation.
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Manage kitchen budgets and financial controls.
* Lead and develop the kitchen team, including supervision, appraisals, and onboarding new staff.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 or above.
