Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Executive role located in Redditch. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other team members to ensure customer needs are met. The role will be split between the office and being on the road visiting customers.

* Market Research and Analytical skills for identifying opportunities and understanding customer demands
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members
* Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines
* Resilience, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset
* Experience in the stainless steel or manufacturing industry is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
