Based within the retail team your primary focus will be looking after our legal and moral compliances as well as driving new initiatives to sell, promote, or publicise in a lively, vigorous, and energetic manner. What your day-to-day responsibilities look like: Planning and operating large live events with up to 150 staff to manage, drive revenue, reduce queues, and increasing speed of service. Working together as a team is paramount where we have fun in an exciting fast paced environment. Conducting internal audits with a keen eye for attention to detail. Ensuring that all compliance and learning & development training is up to date. Assisting with the calculation of labour percentages and driving revenue. Skills and Requirements: Preferrable 2 years' experience within a Retail/Hospitality supervisory role. Previous experience in managing staff. Must have strong leadership skills and be approachable within your team. The ability to lead the team and ensure they have fun The ability to self-motivate and be proactive. Must be process driven and analytical. The ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment. Must have flexible availability within a 7-day week.
