Job Overview We are seeking dynamic Sales Executives to take full ownership of the sales process for vcomerz. In this role, you will be the face of vcomerz, guiding retailers from initial outreach to long-term success. You’ll approach potential customers, onboard them, set up their online stores and POS systems, understand their needs, provide feedback to our product team, migrate their stores from other platforms, and ensure they get the most out of vcomerz. Key Responsibilities Customer Outreach and Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential retail customers (e.g., small businesses, independent stores) through cold calls, emails, networking events, and referrals to pitch vcomerz ’s value proposition. Onboarding and Setup: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, setting up their online stores and POS systems using vcomerz ’s no-code platform, ensuring a seamless transition to our solution. Customer Needs Analysis: Deeply understand customers’ business needs (e.g., inventory management, payment integration) and tailor vcomerz ’s features to meet their goals, enhancing their operational efficiency. Store Migration: Assist customers in migrating their existing online stores or POS systems from other platforms (e.g., Shopify, Square) to vcomerz, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption. Product Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights on their experience with vcomerz and providing actionable feedback to the product development team to drive improvements.
