Site Manager Location: Cumbria Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing (temp to perm opportunity) Rate: £250 per day Site Manager - Social Housing Refurbishments - Cumbria I'm working with a well-established maintenance and construction provider delivering a range of social housing refurbishment projects across Cumbria. The works vary across the contract and include general refurbishments, kitchen and bathroom replacements, and Decent Homes programmes. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple live sites, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required standard. This is an ongoing position with the opportunity to move to a permanent role for the right candidate.
