1. Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
2. Car Allowance £7k plus milage rate of £0.45 / mile

4. 40 hour working week with early finish on a Friday

7. Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
8. Manage subcontractors and site staff to deliver projects on time and within budget.
9. Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
10. Monitor progress, quality, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Do you have experience that includes?
11. Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or refurbishment projects.
12. Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and site management processes.
13. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
14. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
