The role is instrumental in delivering a high‑quality HR service, supporting staff across the organisation to achieve meaningful outcomes aligned with the Trust’s values so they can continue to provide outstanding care to our patients.</p><p>We operate a hybrid model of on site and home working.</p><p>Locations: Cross site - Yeomans Way, Royal Bournemouth Hospital and Poole Hospital.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide expert advice and guidance on aspects of employment law and best practice as well as the interpretation and application of employment terms and conditions, policies and national directives.</li><li>Manage employee relations caseloads, including supporting complex grievances, disciplinary, attendance management, civility and performance cases.</li><li>Support Employment Tribunals and maintain your own portfolio within a programme of work.</li><li>Provide leadership, manage and develop Senior HR Advisors and HR Advisors, empowering them to deliver and driving continuous improvement.</li></ul><p>Our values define who we are as TeamUHD.
