We are looking for a driven Temporary HR Administrator to join a busy but supportive HR team based in Bridgwater (TA6).
Up to £50ph – dependant on experience
2-month temporary contract
Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00 & Friday: 08:30 – 16:00 (Flexible start and finish times available within a 1-hour window)
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
This is a temporary requirement with an immediate start available, ideal for someone who can quickly integrate into an established team and provide reliable support.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the HR team
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
Supporting onboarding and employee documentation
Managing HR inbox queries and general correspondence
Assisting with compliance and right-to-work checks
Supporting wider HR processes and projects as required
What we’re looking for:
Previous HR experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communication skills and professional approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
