About the Role
We're partnering with a well-established and growing Liverpool-based business who are looking to recruit an Inbound Sales Executive to join their friendly and collaborative team. This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending the right products and equipment to meet their needs, with opportunities to suggest additional items where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing inbound enquiries from customers via phone, email, and live chat
2. Providing knowledgeable advice on products, tools, and equipment
3. Preparing and issuing customer quotes
4. Identifying opportunities to recommend complementary products where relevant
5. Following up on enquiries and outstanding quotes
6. Building strong relationships with repeat trade and business customers
