This is about building relationships, showing the benefits of our offering, and securing transfer orders that move serious volume.

What You'll Be Doing
* Quickly establish strong working relationships – you'll visit stores weekly
* Influence store decision-makers
* Drive product distribution by selling weekly deals on offer
* Land volume transfer orders
This is performance-led. You'll have clear targets, clear expectations, and full ownership of your territory.
Qualifications
* Worked directly for a wholesaler selling into convenience retailers (e.g., Bestway, Booker, Parfetts, Dhamecha, Fillshill, Unitas)
* Strong van sales experience in the independent retail sector
* Experience selling into convenience stores (e.g., Spar, Londis, Costcutter)
* Food service sales
* Ability to build rapport quickly
* A proven track record of hitting or beating targets
* The resilience to handle objections and still close
* A competitive mindset – you play to win
* A full UK driving licence for at least 12 months
