Site Manager - Construction (Refurbishment)
Location: Bristol region
Salary: £60,000 + package (DOE)

About the Role
We are an expanding construction business delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors including commercial, industrial, retail, education, healthcare, and residential. Our focus is on building strong client relationships and delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team and take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers effectively
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
* Maintain high standards of quality control and site presentation
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Monitor progress, produce reports, and manage site documentationProactively resolve site issues and drive programme performance
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry
* Experience across refurbishment and/or new build projects (commercial, industrial, or similar sectors preferred)
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
