With a commitment to excellence and community enhancement, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our roofing projects.
Job Description
* Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site personnel.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, residents, and stakeholders.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
* Manage site documentation, including progress reports, safety records, and timesheets.
* Resolve any on-site issues promptly to minimise disruptions and delays.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the site team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, particularly in social housing and roofing projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and project management principles.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in using project management software and MS Office Suite.
* Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
