In this role, you will support the delivery of HR operations across the UK business, working closely with senior stakeholders and acting as a key point of contact for both employees and management.

Responsibilities:
* Supporting the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and training & development
* Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal HR policies
* Coordinating payroll inputs, benefits administration and insurance processes
* Assisting with visa, relocation and onboarding logistics for new joiners
* Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting audits and reporting
* Working closely with internal stakeholders to provide HR advice and operational support
* Supporting HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirement:
* 3–5 years’ HR experience
* Good understanding of UK employment law
* Experience across generalist HR functions
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
* Fluent English required; Mandarin is a strong advantage
