As the Addressable Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key agency stakeholders to maximise revenue, whilst supporting the Addressable Sales Manager with responding to briefs, all Addressable Advertising administration and campaign management tasks and building sales collateral to support sales efforts.
Responsibilities
* Manage end‑to‑end agency interactions across AdSmart and VOD campaigns, serving as the primary contact for briefs, communications, and delivery coordination.
* Take a proactive approach to revenue generation by regularly engaging face‑to‑face with agency stakeholders, positioning Sky Media as the partner of choice across AdSmart, VOD, Programmatic and other addressable solutions.
* While the core focus of the role is to sell Addressable products such as AdSmart, VOD, and Programmatic, the successful candidate will also represent the broader Sky Media portfolio in agency meetings—acting as an advocate for our full advertising proposition, including Spot. They will confidently articulate the value, targeting capabilities, and delivery strengths of Addressable solutions, while identifying new revenue opportunities through consultative, face‑to‑face selling.
* Collaborate with Addressable Sales Managers to respond to briefs and shape commercially sound proposals aligned to targeting strategy and product suitability.
* Oversee post‑campaign performance analysis and present recommendations to clients to drive client retention, upsell, and future campaign improvements.
* Oversee campaign delivery monitoring, partnering with offshore team to ensure SLAs are met and handoffs are executed smoothly.
* Identify opportunities to grow advertiser spend across AdSmart, VOD, Programmatic, One Campaign, and NOW through consultative engagement.
Qualifications
Essential criteria:
* Be degree educated or have a minimum of 6 months of Media / Sales experience
* Understanding of the Sky Media portfolio
* Sound knowledge of other media and where Sky Media’s product set fits into the marketplace
* Ability to develop relationships with agency planners and buyers
* Good administration and organisational skills
* Applicants should have strong attention to detail and ability to problem‑solve
Desirable skills and experience:
* Experience driving and delivering revenue targets using a proactive approach
* Confidence to present our product suite to both internal and external key stakeholder
* Experience using Office 365 and Salesforce

Working Arrangement
We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 3 days in the office per week.
