My client is looking for an experienced Internal Recruitment consultant to join their team and play a key role in sourcing and engaging top talent. This is a high-volume resourcing position where you will be building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
1. Source and attract skilled engineers through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and direct approaches.
2. Build and maintain talent pools for current and future engineering roles.
3. Screen and shortlist candidates, ensuring alignment with technical requirements.
4. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role specifications and deliver high-quality candidates.
5. Manage candidatemunication throughout the process, maintaining a positive experience.
6. Track and report on sourcing activity and pipeline progress
What you'll need to succeed
7. Proven experience in resourcing or recruitment, ideally within engineering or technical sectors.
8. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and proactive search techniques.
9. Ability to manage a high-volume of calls
10. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills.
11. Familiarity with ATS and recruitment technology.
