In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving new business, building relationships with clients, and promoting AIAURAs innovative recruitment solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, networking, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and presenting tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase AIAURAs capabilities. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: Experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Representative, or similar roleideally within SaaS, HR, Tech, or recruitment sectors. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a startup environmentproactive, adaptable, and self-motivated. Familiarity with CRM software Zoho would be a bonus but not essential. UK-based candidates are preferred.
