Job Opportunity: Site Manager – East Manchester (Fixed Term Contract)
AB Building & Electrical Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead operations on a new social housing refurbishment project in East Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering high-quality reinstatement and M&E works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
* Manage and motivate a directly employed workforce to achieve excellent standards.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and quality control.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
* Proven experience in social housing refurbishment, including mechanical & electrical (M&E) and building reinstatement.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to harness team strengths.
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
