Role – 360 Recruiter
Location – Manchester
Job type – Hybrid
Must be able to demonstrate working in a vertical market – ideally Software development in the Manchester area.
However, this is not a delivery role. They must be able to demonstrate working candidate to build a network, generate leads and win new business in some form and relatively consistently.
We are looking for someone energetic, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. Someone that hasn’t cracked the market but under the right conditions can be a potential high performer
Warm desk - Although a 360 vertical market specialist role – we will give the person an opportunity to work exclusive roles at one of our largest accounts.
there are several Manchester based clients that we have terms with across brand that we don’t yet work with – we would want this person to leverage that opportunity.
2-3 days per week in the Manchester office
Huge L&D opportunity and support network with target to grow into senior consultant role.

- They need to be able to articulate themselves well to clients and candidates
