A Customer Service Manager is required by my client based in Deeside to lead the order processing team and manage customer enquiries. This is a fast paced role with a growing and highly successful business. Duties are varied but your key responsibilities will be: • To oversee daily sales office operations and order flow • Coordinate with finance on large orders and credit checks • Ensure timely order processing and customer communication • Resolve enquiries, price disputes, and progress calls • Support and develop the sales team • Provide regular reports to Directors This is a permanent role offering a basic salary of £35,000 - £38,000 per annum plus 25 days holiday and company pension.
