Key Responsibilities As the HR Administrator, you'll provide high-quality administrative and support services to the Ansty site, ensuring efficient and accurate HR operations. Acting with discretion and integrity, you will play a key role in supporting employees and the wider HR team while maintaining high standards of service for internal and external stakeholders. Maintaining accurate employee data across HR systems, including SuccessFactors and Kronos. Delivering a positive onboarding experience by issuing offers, coordinating documentation and supporting HR induction Preparing contractual documentation and maintaining HR records Supporting payroll and benefits administration, ensuring employee information is accurate and up to date Monitoring probation reviews, right to work checks and compliance records Producing employee communications such as recognition and long service letters Supporting HR reporting, data analysis and continuous improvement of HR processes Essential Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate through multiple channels Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills High levels of confidentiality and professionalism Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and manage multiple activities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A task-focused mindset with an interest in continuous improvement
