The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through a mix of new business development and account management.
You will be responsible for:
* Generating new business through outbound calls, email campaigns and lead generation
* Managing and developing an existing portfolio of customers
* Building strong relationships with key decision-makers
* Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
* Managing your pipeline and keeping CRM systems up to date
* Responding to customer enquiries and providing tailored solutions
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
About You
To be successful in this Sales Executive role, you will:
* Have experience in a B2B sales or telesales environment
* Be confident, target-driven and commercially minded
* Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Be organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload
* Be motivated by progression and personal development
* Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
