Role Overview
We seek an exceptional Human Resources Manager responsible for providing timely and effective HR advice on complex operational issues, exercising high relationship management skills, and collaborating with the HR Support and Advice Unit and wider HR Directorate. The role involves working at pace, managing multiple stakeholders, coaching managers, and ensuring policy and procedure adherence.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have recent success in a HR role within a large, complex, multi-union environment, with experience engaging with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, including trade unions. They should have extensive HR management knowledge, experience with organizational change, and hold or be eligible for membership with CIPD or similar.
Requirements
* Degree-level education or equivalent practical experience
* Membership of CIPD or similar professional body
* Experience as a generalist HR practitioner in a large, complex environment
* Strong leadership, negotiation, collaboration, and facilitation skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including travel across the NHSGGC area and from home
