Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support a live office fit out project in Salford. The successful candidate will oversee day‑to‑day site operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain high-quality delivery throughout the programme.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily quality checks across the site
Complete Procore inputting and maintain accurate digital records
Manage the daily site diary
Carry out site audits and ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures
Coordinate and supervise a team of 6-7 operatives
Support with smooth site operations and communication
Requirements
SMSTS (essential)
First Aid (essential)
Asbestos Awareness
Procore experience (highly desirable)
Strong organisational and communication skills
