The role involves providing customer-centric sales advice and support while working towards sales targets in line with company forecasts. It also includes administration of the sales process and liaising with purchasers, prospective purchasers, and estate agents.
Our homes are designed to meet the needs of various buyers, including first-time buyers, second-steppers, downsizers, and investors. Every touchpoint in the customer’s home buying journey is crucial, and you will be committed to delivering a 5* customer experience every time.

As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
* Selling: Meet with clients, assess their needs, and qualify them; liaise with all interested parties (clients, solicitors, estate agents, etc.)
* Administration: Conduct market research and competitor analysis; maintain the customer enquiry database; complete and distribute all required documentation

* Experience in new homes sales or property sales

* Excellent communication and presentation skills
