Duties
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our offerings.
* Utilise CRM software, including Hubspot, to track interactions and manage leads effectively.
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to accurately answer client queries.
* Build rapport with potential customers through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
* Document call outcomes and update client information in the CRM system promptly.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales process.
* Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Skills
* Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Ability to engage clients effectively and persuasively over the phone.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documenting interactions.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during calls.
