The Role
* Answer inbound calls with confident negotiation skills
* Make outbound sales calls and build rapport with prospective customers
* Respond to emails promptly
* Price and enter order details into the system
* Handle customer queries
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets
* Aspire to advance within the company as it grows, aligned with the 5-year plan
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven sales experience with evidence of meeting KPIs
* Friendly, upbeat communication style
* Resilience and ability to work under pressure
* Attention to detail
* Effective listening skills
* Excellent communication skills across all platforms
* Proficient in PC use
