The Role
As Head of People & Culture, you will play a pivotal leadership role in designing and delivering their people strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and strengthens their values-driven, high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the COO to design and implement the company's people strategy
2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations and maintain frameworks and policies
3. Lead workforce planning, recruitment and talent management strategies
4. Oversee budgets and resource allocation for People & Culture initiatives
5. Manage performance review processes, leadership development and succession planning
