Responsibilities
You will be in charge of the kitchen ensuring all food hygiene regulations are adhered to and will provide training and development to the kitchen staff on all food safety management systems and the food in hospital policy.
Qualifications
* Be trained to Rehis Intermediate food hygiene level;
* Have the ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative;
* Be educated to city & guilds 706/1 or SVQ equivalent;
* Be well educated and of a smart appearance;
Working Hours
This is a part-time permanent post of 30 hours per week, to be worked between the hours of 07:30 and 18:30 (5 days over 7) and may also include weekend working in accordance with service requirements.
