Job Description


The HR Administrator is responsible for delivering an excellent recruitment experience to UKAEA’s new starters through efficient and effective administration.

.

Core responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality customer service to candidates and employees, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of queries.
* Manage personal data in full compliance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR requirements.
* Provide end-to-end recruitment administration
* Prepare offer and new starter letters
* Process vetting and references, and collect right-to-work documentation.
* Support candidate onboarding, including relocation assistance, induction bookings, and issuing required training (e.g. CBT).
* Assist the wider recruitment function as needed, including coordinating and welcoming interview candidates.

Qualifications

* Proven administration experience (HR administration desirable)
* Strong customer service skills
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
* Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage a high volume of new starters
