What you’ll get:
* Up to £35,000 OTE
* Promotion pathway into Business Development Manager (with pay rise of up to £75,000 OTE plus car allowance)
* 21 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off
* Company pension (9% combined contribution)
* Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 – no evenings or weekends
* Office-based role with up to 12 work-from-home days per year
What you’ll be doing:
* Speak with UK businesses and start new conversations
* Identify opportunities and book quality meetings for our senior sales team
* Support marketing campaigns and generate your own leads
* Progress to handling your own small business sales as your confidence grows
What we’re looking for:
* Confidence and communication skills – you enjoy talking to people and building connections
* Experience from sales, customer service, retail, or any role where people skills matter
* A resilient, positive attitude and the drive to succeed
* Organised, proactive and able to manage your own time
* Willingness to learn – we’ll provide full training and ongoing support
