Job Description
We are looking for a Project Site Manager - Building Maintenance. You will be responsible for identifying and delivering electrical and mechanical projects associated within budget, timeline, and scope across one of our key contracts in a safety conscious, multi stakeholder environment.
Location:
* Based out of our Hove office, with travel to London and other EDF sites.
The Role:
* Managing day to day running of CAT A & B refurbishment.
* Overseeing Health and safety of the CDM site.
* Conducting quality and safety inspections.
* Reviewing Risk & Method statements for approval
* Supervising construction workers and subcontractors.
* Liaising with Project Manager on progress.
* Monitoring project progress.
* Assisting with producing a Project phase plan.
* Delivering a weekly site progress report.
* Attending regular project review meetings and presenting updates
* Building and maintaining excellent relationships with all key stakeholders, both internal and external
Required Experience:
* SMSTS: Site Management Safety Training Scheme
* First Aid at Work: 3 Day Training course
* Knowledge of CDM regulations
* CITB /CSCS construction management Training site management or site supervision
Required Qualifications:
* Nebosh general certificated
* Asbestos awareness training
* IOSH managing safely.
* Managing Working at Heights
* Use of Procore system
