Façade Site Manager
Location: Manchester
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 P.A

We are a leading principle contractor in the UK that works on Design and Build contracts, specialising in full external envelope packages. We have experience in Fire remediation and new build projects including Curtain Walling, Windows and Doors, Roofing systems, specialised Renders, Rainscreen cladding and Steel Framing Systems. We manage full building envelope packages and the full project cycle from initial design to installation.
Responsibilities
* Oversee rainscreen cladding projects across the North of England.
* Oversee all project elements from cradle to grave, giving advice, instruction, and guidance to site workers.
* Ensure projects are completed to program, within budget, and to deadline.
* Manage H&S, QA/QC processes and progress on façade packages.
* Control and monitor day works for subcontractors.
* Supervise the striking of scaffolding.
* Produce QA reports supported by photographic evidence and corrective action as needed.
* Issue correct notices and contractual correspondence to sub-contractors at the appropriate time.
* Oversee projects from concept through to completion.
* Problem solve and manage the workforce.
* Complete stock control & requisition of all materials.
* Ensure client quality standards are respected and hand over completed areas.
* Monitor work progression and ensure the program is met.
* Participate in progress meetings.
* Monitor compliance with all safety guidelines and policies.
* Establish and implement work schedules, adjusting them to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Façade/Building Envelope Systems.
* Experience in fire remediation.
* Site management experience.
* CSCS Card.
* SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
