We are looking for a dynamic Internal Recruiter, to help our client as they go through a period of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to either enter the Internal world from agency or you will have a couple of years' experience working Internal in a recruitment role. Experience working as a sales recruiter would be beneficial, The team are brilliant and have a really working relationship with each other!
You will proactively source, shortlist and screen diverse talent in order to fill vacancies and build a pipeline to timescale, cost and quality. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, providing a candidate experience that builds brand advocacy and ensuring hiring managers stick to process
What the role involves
Attraction
* Source candidates utilising all attraction methods available including adverts, social media, referrals and networking.
* Create attractive job adverts using the standardised template and select suitable job boards for advertising.
* Marketing of employee benefits, making prospective employees aware of the Exertis EVP and enhancing our reputation in the candidate market.
Selection
1. Create and regularly engage with talent pools of suitable and diverse candidates in order to reduce time to hire.
