* £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary

Our client is an award winning business, that has an highly experienced automotive team, who have developed a fantastic name and reputation with their dealer partners across the UK. They currently have a prestigious client base across the industry and currently provides schemes for around 1000 dealers throughout the UK.
The Role
This is an exciting new role with boundless potential for growth and development. We are currently seeking an ambitious HR Manager to join a highly successful automotive company based in Buckinghamshire. As the company HR Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy and fostering a culture of success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
* Promote a positive work environment and resolve conflicts proactively.
* Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Provide guidance and support to managers on performance reviews and goal setting.
* Address performance issues and provide coaching to employees to improve performance.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
* Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
* Promote a positive work environment and resolve conflicts proactively.
* Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across all departments.
* Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.
Skills Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 1 - 3 years experience in HR roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Enthusiasm for learning and a commitment to professional development.
