An award‑winning, Platinum IIP main contractor working on both new build and refurbishment projects across South London and the Southern Home Counties is looking for a Senior Site Manager who can grow into a Project Manager. Type of Work
Project examples include hospitals, universities, care homes, schools and high‑end residential developments. With an annual turnover of circa £40m and project values ranging from £6M to £15M across five frameworks and our traditional client base, the organisation is expanding and needs people like you.
Desired Knowledge and Experience
* Passion for construction
* Desire to be part of a team and willingness to improve yourself and delivery
* Experience in a main contracting background
* Experience with new build and refurbishment projects
* Experience managing projects valued between £5M and £20M
* Involved in managing projects from start to hand‑over
* Commercially savvy

We offer a market‑leading base salary, a car allowance (plus travel to site expenses), pension, 34 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) and enrolment in a profit‑share scheme that has been paid 13 out of 15 years.
