Duties include:
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings
* Assist customers in making informed purchasing decision
* Identify new business opportunities and current competitors
* Making outbound calls to new businesses
* Providing quotations
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
