THE ROLE
We’re looking for an energetic and experienced HR Officer reporting to the Senior Management Team who enjoys balancing people support with fast-moving recruitment.
HR OPERATIONS & EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE SUPPORT
You will support Senior Managers and the wider management team across the full employee lifecycle,
including:
* Advising on HR policies, procedures and best practice
* Handling sickness, lateness and absence processes
* Supporting disciplinary and grievance procedures
* Ensuring documentation is compliant and up to date
* Maintaining accurate HR records and data- Ensuring compliance with employment law and internal standards
* Helping nurture a positive, supportive workplace culture
* Supporting the company’s recruitment requirements
ABOUT YOU
We’re seeking someone who can bring the right mix of experience, confidence and pace. Ideally, you will
have:
* Experience in HR (essential)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive, approachable and solutions-focused mindset
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
* Comfortable operating in a commercially driven environment, balancing employee relations with business and operational requirements
* Confidence working with managers and employees at all levels
* The upper end of the pay range will reflect relevant HR and recruitment experience and professional qualification (e.g. CIPD Level 3 or Level 5)
