Salary: £32,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £60,000 significantly higher)

About the Role
As a New Homes Sales Consultant / Sales Executive / Sales Advisor, you will:
* Take full ownership of sales performance across assigned developments
* Manage and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
* Qualify prospective buyers, identify needs, and secure reservations
* Deliver an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to completion
* Promote recommended services (mortgage advisors, solicitors, etc.)
* Maximise sales of optional upgrades and extras
* Monitor local market activity and competitor developments
* Conduct new home inspections and ensure customer satisfaction
* Work in line with company procedures, performance standards, and the Sales Manual
What Were Looking For
* Proven sales experience luxury or high-value product sales preferred
* Strong organisational and self-management skills
* Outstanding customer service and relationship-building ability
* Target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding KPIs
* Confident using IT systems and CRM platforms
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
* Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays
Previous new homes experience is advantageous but not essential full training will be provided.
