Role Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our well-established client in Hinckley on a part-time permanent basis. The role involves managing day-to-day HR administration tasks.
Responsibilities
1. Maintaining and updating employee records
2. Administering new starters
3. Handling HR-related queries
4. Organising and maintaining personal records
5. Preparing HR documents such as employment contracts
6. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
7. Providing high-quality customer service
8. Performing ad hoc duties as required
Candidate Requirements
1. Previous experience as a HR Assistant or HR Administrator is essential
2. Good knowledge of Human Resources is advantageous
3. Enthusiastic and confident personality
4. Highly computer literate with excellent attention to detail
