Job Overview
The Orchard Primary is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, proactive and determined individual to work as a Site Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the premises remains in an excellent condition and supports the school in providing a building fit, safe and welcoming for pupils and staff.
The successful candidate must be a skilled individual and able to maintain the highest standards of repair, security and cleanliness of the school who is adaptable, willing to give things a go and maintain a positive approach to tasks.
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for opening the school building, ideally with flexibility to work additional hours to close the school if needed.
The successful candidate will have experience in general maintenance of buildings/sites, basic DIY/handyman, repair and decorating experience, cleaning and general porterage experience, and someone who has awareness and understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
