Job Opportunity: Employment Solicitor (3+ PQE)
I am currently working with a leading London law firm to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor (3+ PQE) for an exciting new role within their highly regarded employment practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented lawyer with a passion for employment law to join a collaborative, dynamic team and take on a diverse caseload with top-tier clients.
About the Role:
The firm’s Employment Practice is a standout in the London market, providing expert legal services across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Their clients range from large corporates and family offices to senior executives, partners, and high-net-worth individuals. The firm is known for handling complex, high-value cases, often involving sensitive and high-profile issues.
In this role, you’ll have the chance to work on a broad range of employment law matters, including but not limited to:
* Discrimination and harassment claims: Advising both employers and employees on complex issues surrounding workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, and other sensitive claims.
* Executive terminations and severance negotiations: Providing advice on high-profile and high-value executive exits, including settlement agreements, termination terms, and redundancy matters.
* Employee relations: Supporting clients on employee disputes, collective bargaining, and industrial relations matters.
* Litigation: Representing clients in contentious employment matters before Employment Tribunals and the High Court, including unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, and restrictive covenants.
* Investigations: Although experience in internal investigations isn’t essential, the team is growing in this area, and you’ll have the chance to get involved in corporate investigations into discrimination, harassment, and other workplace issues.

Key Requirements:
* 3+ years PQE in Employment Law (Contentious & Non-Contentious)
* Proven experience working with both corporate clients and individual claimants
* Strong academic background (ABB, 2.1 or equivalent)
* Experience from a top-tier law firm preferred, but not essential
* Interest in investigations and complex dispute resolution is a plus
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
