This role offers broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle and is ideal for someone who enjoys working at pace, takes pride in accuracy, and is confident supporting senior stakeholders.
* Youll play a key role in ensuring HR data integrity, supporting some payroll processes, producing workforce reports, and delivering a smooth and professional employee experience.
* Youll be involved in onboarding and offboarding, HR system updates, audits, workforce metrics, family-related leave processes, Occupational Health coordination, and day-to-day HR queries. Youll also support recruitment administration, interview logistics, and senior HR leaders with diary and travel coordination.
Were looking for someone withsolid HR administration experience, exceptional attention to detail, andstrong Excel capability (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, reporting etc). Confidence, discretion, and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels are essential.
