The Company
Our client is a highly successful and profitable construction contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering industrial and commercial projects across the Midlands and surrounding areas.

Due to the award of a major industrial development in Redditch, our client is looking to appoint a Site Manager on a permanent basis.
The overall development is valued at approximately £40 million and is being delivered across four individual plots. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of one of these plots, overseeing all site activities from start to completion.

* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site labour.
* Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with company procedures.
* Maintaining programme targets and monitoring site progress.
* Managing quality control and ensuring a high standard of finish.
* Conducting site inspections and maintaining site records.
* Liaising with clients, consultants and the wider project team.
* Identifying and resolving construction issues efficiently.
* Driving productivity and maintaining excellent site standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements
The business is seeking a practical, enthusiastic and hands-on Site Manager who takes pride in delivering quality projects.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A trade background, preferably carpentry/joinery.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Site Manager role.
* Experience managing industrial, commercial or similar construction projects.
* Strong all-round site management capabilities.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation and construction processes.
* The ability to lead site teams and build strong working relationships with subcontractors.
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
Whilst experience is important, attitude is equally valued. The company is looking for someone who is passionate about construction, eager to learn and develop, and keen to become part of a business where people genuinely make a difference.
What's on Offer?
* Basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000 (flexible for the right candidate).
* Car allowance.
* Permanent opportunity with a secure and profitable contractor.
* Strong pipeline of future work.
* Ongoing training and development.
* Supportive management team.
* Opportunity to work on a significant industrial development.
* A company culture where employees are recognised, valued and trusted.
* Less paperwork and bureaucracy than typically found within larger contractors.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Site Manager looking to join a respected contractor that offers stability, support and the chance to play a key role in delivering high-profile projects
