This position is based on a long‑term project in Liverpool.Your new role:As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the site, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will oversee subcontractors, monitor progress against the programme, maintain accurate site records, and communicate effectively with the wider project team. This role offers stability and continuity on a long‑term project within the Liverpool area.What you'll need to succeed:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* A proactive and reliable approach
* Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain excellent health & safety standards
* Strong communication and problem‑solving ability
* Relevant certifications such as SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
