HR Administrator and Business Support Role

Are you highly organised with a passion for people, events, and communications? Join our dynamic team!


About the Role

As an HR Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing excellent service while ensuring all HR processes run smoothly. You’ll work closely with the HR team, preparing key documentation, maintaining accurate client records, and supporting compliance activities.

This varied role also offers exciting opportunities to support the Managing Director with event organisation and social media activities, making it ideal for someone who thrives on juggling multiple responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

* Client Support: Be the friendly first point of contact for client queries, ensuring they are resolved promptly or directed to the right team member.
* HR Administration: Draft contracts, policies, and letters using templates, update HR systems, and ensure compliance for onboarding and exiting employees.
* Event Planning: Help organise company events, liaising with venues, coordinating schedules, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
* Social Media Support: Assist in planning and managing content to maintain a strong online presence and engagement.
* Supporting the MD: Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling, research, and special projects.


What We Are Looking For

We’re seeking someone who:

* Is confident, organised, and approachable.
* Has strong IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and other Office applications.
* Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritise workloads effectively.
* Ideally has some experience in HR, but full training will be provided.
