What will I be doing as Sales Executive?
You will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to ensure timely and friendly responses to all inquiries regarding our perception Rooms, Bar, and Restaurant. This includes converting inquiries received via phone, email, or other channels into confirmed and contracted events. Your role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. Additionally, you will take a proactive approach to drive new revenues and develop an action plan to achieve budgeted goals.
You will assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in achieving maximum revenue through the effective selling of the hotel and all its facilities
Identify new contacts within the luxury travel, corporate, art, entertainment, and retail sectors, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue
Initiate outreach through emails and phone calls to introduce the hotel's offerings and explore partnership opportunities
Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships
Produce quotations and written confirmation to all guests
Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Director of Sales & Marketing, General Manager, and senior management to include the re-porting of appointments, calls made, business leads, commercial reports
Maintain an organised and up-to-date database of research findings and client information
Understand fully the hotel amenities, packages and promotions
Highlight unique selling points, amenities, and tailored services
Monitor guest satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business
Schedule meetings and carry out hotel tours for potential clients
What are we looking for?
Previous sales experience, preferably with pre-opening experience.
Proactive and results-driven with a proven track record in meeting deadlines and targets.
Confident, charming, and natural selling abilities.
Ability to speak French is desirable but not essential.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Familiarity with Guestline PMS is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and possesses excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with revenue management systems (RMS) is a plus.
Experience with Resdiary is desirable but not essential.
