You’ll be joining an experienced team on an existing flagship site spanning 200+ units. You’ll be working under an experienced Senior Site Manager who has been in the business for years but is still young and forward‑thinking. Your site will be 68 traditional build apartments split over three blocks of 12, 12 and 44 for a Housing Association (Rent to Buy). Everything is in very good shape overall on the site, as mentioned by the Quality Inspector – this is the best site in the company in terms of quality and organisation.
On top of the hyperbolic headline, there is actually a really good opportunity for you to start on one of our best schemes. Having worked on a large 250 unit residential scheme looks great on your CV, and the contractor is bringing a disused part of the canal back into the public realm – technically challenging but already looks great next to several acres of new woodland and walkways. It’s a flagship project for a reason.
